Drawing from the Indian notion of aasan, a seat not simply for rest, but for intention, this chair reimagines the act of pause as a conscious return to the self. Rooted in the geometry of cross-legged meditation, a gentle curve defines its silhouette, echoing the contours of the human form: the soft dip of the pelvis, the bend of knees drawn inward. Here, the chair does not merely hold; it responds to the body, engaging it in a quiet dialogue.
Padm-Aasan is an invitation to inhabit stillness; an embodied gesture of anchoring in a world constantly in flux.
